Data conversion
Most competitor’s software can be electronically converted to WinVet. We personally oversee and arrange each conversion and follow a finely tuned process. Our quoted price is based on converting known competitor’s software. Prices may vary according to the complexity of a conversion.

Most commonly converted data is:

• Client information: name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, etc.
• Patient information: pets name, species, breed, color, sex, birthdate, age, file number, info chip number, tattoo number.
• Patient recalls, reminders and due dates, rabies tag numbers.

In addition to the above, it may be possible to convert other data information. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us for more information or to see if you software is on our list of previously successful conversions.

Installation Assistance
Setting up your computer hardware and networking may require the assistance of a qualified technical person. We recommend you establish a relationship with a certified and trained hardware / networking technical expert that can help you now and in the future. This optional assistance allows us to verify the installation and ensure the set up of WinVet has been done properly.

Our service includes:

• An electronic review and troubleshooting check of your hardware and network set up.
• A thorough check and troubleshooting of the installation and configuration of the WinVet software.
• When necessary and when possible, we make adjustments via modem or if needed, will work via the phone with the client or their designated qualified technical expert.
