About Support

WinVet is committed to uncompromising excellence in customer support. Giving our clients answers to questions or help with their problems is a high priority. That is why we provide our clients with support via email and telephone; with weekend support available for emergency situations.

Users of WinVet must have a Support Agreement in order to use our software. The following support services are available to all licensed users of WinVet.

Unlimited Internet Online Help
FREE to All Licensed Users

WinVet is the first veterinary software vendor to give access to comprehensive information 24 hours a day via its web based Online Support and Training. In addition to being able to contact us by email or phone, this service radically improves the way our clients can get help.

Through the Support  section of our website, our Online Help features a comprehensive FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions), a detailed How To section, and access to our entire library of Support Viewlets (What is a Viewlet – click here to view sample), plus more!

Providing support via the Internet offers the most current information that is constantly changing and being added to. Our online Support provides easy to use and understand information that is visually able to provide answers to your questions.

Unlimited E Mail support
FREE to All Licensed Users

All licensed users of WinVet can access our support department by emailing us at help@winvet.com. Replies are prioritized based on their urgency and secondly on the order they were received. Email support can be sent at any time and replies can be expected within 1 hour during normal support hours.

Telephone Support

A telephone support must be chosen and is the best way to provide our users training, everyday maintenance, how-to’s etc. We provide unlimited support from the hours of 7am PST to 5 pm PST and also emergency support on the weekends. 

Support Agreement

A Telephone Support Agreement option must be chosen in conjunction with either the Basic or Advanced Software.  Fees are payable monthly, quarterly or annually.  Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Pre Approved Bank debit only.  All clients must have a credit number on file for payment of optional or additional services.

Services Include:

  • Unlimited email support.
  • Software updates at no additional cost.
  • When the Advanced version is purchased it provides complete access to all modules of the program. We do not require the user to purchase additional modules for an extra charge.
  • Also includes unlimited telephone support.
  • Support applies to the WinVet software program only and does not include help for other software programs, hardware, and operating system or networking issues.
