Experience has proven that investing in training lowers long-term costs and improves office efficiency.  Better educated staff are able to take full advantage of all the features of either the Basic or Advanced version of WinVet. Having no training often means expensive phone calls that can add up to much more than the cost of the initial training.

We highly recommend every client receive some sort of training. At minimum, we recommend purchase of the Internet Training option or Telephone Training.  The advantages and benefits are clear.

Telephone Training

• Personal one on one training via the phone with our skilled and experienced trainers
• Training customized to meet the needs and skill level of the person being trained.
• Training scheduled to suit the client’s timetable.
• Recommended training minimum for the Basic Version and Advanced Version is 8 hours.

Onsite Training

• Personal training to all your employees at your clinic site by a highly skilled and experienced trainer.
• Hands on guidance and instruction tailored to individual needs.
• "Power training" of advanced or experienced computer users.
• A full "live" day of training helps support new users on their first day.
• Customized to fit the schedule of any practice.
• Three consecutive 7 hour days – recommended for Advanced Version.
• Minimum one day recommended for Basic Version.
• All actual travel, accommodation and meal expenses billed in addition to above rates.
